In a challenging real estate market, she has consistently tried to find suitable tenants for my property. Most recently, although a prospective tenant was very keen to proceed, their personal circumstances changed unexpectedly, and they had to postpone the move. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Their communication has been very poor throughout our tenancy. Emails are often ignored or replied to only after repeated follow-ups, leaving us without updates for long periods. We reported several serious issues with the property, including mould, poor insulation, faulty windows, and problems with the hot water and boiler. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, they were not properly resolved. We were left living with these problems while continuing to pay a high rent. The agency has shown very little urgency or concern for tenants' wellbeing. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issues, we were constantly left chasing them for updates and action. As tenants, we expected professionalism, timely communication, and effective management of the property. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. I would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience. They need to improve both their communication and their commitment to resolving tenants' concerns.

Overall just bad and slow communication and we had to work so hard to get our deposit back. Not using Leaders again. Firstly we never had any bins in our apartment so we were told to leave the trash in the bags on the road which frequently got raided by animals/birds and made mess over the street. When we ended our tenancy, we heard nothing about our deposit being returned for ages until we reached out. Then we were hit with them trying to take pretty much our entire deposit for things like carpet cleaning (when carpets were in a bad way when we moved in) and £600+ for painting the COMMUNAL corridor of the apartment building. It took so long for any response to dispute this, we kept ringing, emailing and going into the branch only be told our property manager Kelly wasn't in or to contact her via email, we had radio silence. When we finally got a response a tiny bit was taken off the bill. We argued more with evidence to show the state of the carpets and corridors when we moved in. All we had to say was "2 other flats share this corridor, why are we paying for the communal area to be painted", and that was scrapped. Clearly just trying to get money off us. When we finally agreed a deposit return, it then took nearly 2 months to actually get it into my bank account and when we kept chasing it, only being told "I'll chase the accounts team". Finally 5 months after our tenancy ended we got our deposit back.
