Megan has been brilliant in getting my property ready to be let - she has managed the process excellently from arranging trades to go in and photos. I am confident Megan will find tenants very soon and the property will be let. All the way through this process Megan has been proactive and responsive to my many emails. I have never had to chase. Not only that my questions raised have been responded to in a very professional manner. Thank you Megan.

GoogleRecently enquired with Leaders about a couple properties. As currently live in a lovely home in Hampshire but ideally need to be closer to my work in Chichester. I can honestly say Amy the new member of the team has been great. Leaders answer the phone quickly and your enquiries online. Great to meet Amy the other day when I viewed a property. Very friendly. Also would like to say thank you to Tom who helps me when I’m a bit lost looking for the properties! And my sat nav fails me. Also Annie who is also so helpful and friendly. A great team. What I particularly appreciate is that she genuinely takes the time to understand the needs, concerns and requirements of both landlords and tenants and always does her best to find a practical and fair solution. She handles matters with great patience and professionalism, while always balancing the needs of everyone involved with the company’s policies and procedures. On many occasions, she has gone above and beyond what we expected to help and support us. Her communication is excellent, and she is approachable, respectful and understanding, which makes a real difference when dealing with tenancy matters that can sometimes be stressful. GoogleRecently let a property with Leaders - process was fast and pretty smooth. What I would say is how pro active Carol was in property management. Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service
