FacebookI wouldnt recommend Leaders for Several reasons...1 They don't take complaints seriously especially as I was abused by a member of their staff at my front door2 Rubbish is fly tipped on the public highway everytime their staff tidies up...3 All the staff never respond from the local manager to the Regional Manager..4 my carer fell in the snow 2 months ago and she's pregnant...Their staff who deals with this is on holiday going from the lounge to the back garden via the kitchen during this lockdown and has never been seen since5 complaining to the ombudsman to get simple answers...6 made a request under GDPR so 4% of their turnover may change their outlook...7 the manager of one of their branch takes a week to return ones call ...Certainly gives some Estate Agents the reputation they Deserve...Asked them to put a property of mine on their Auction site...2 weeks ago.... is the response so far The choice is All Yoursthe above is without prejudice
