AVOID AVOID AVOID. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Tenant for 3 years and the property management from Leaders was appalling throughout. The emergency repairs line is effectively non-existent. If you have an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, good luck getting any meaningful support. This is potentially dangerous when genuine emergency repairs are needed. Communication has been consistently dreadful. Every member of staff I dealt with seemed impossible to contact. Emails were poorly written or unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and issues routinely required repeated chasing. Nobody appeared to take ownership of a problem or follow it through to resolution. The Section 21 process was handled badly. There appeared to be no proper checks regarding whether we had actually vacated the property, and now, almost 90 days after moving out, we are being chased for money relating to an unspecified issue. Despite multiple requests, no clear information or evidence has been provided explaining the charge. This is all before mentioning the challenges we faced with a consistently difficult landlord. A good managing agent should help resolve issues between tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently, but throughout our tenancy we felt unsupported and left to deal with problems ourselves. After three years as tenants, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a complete lack of accountability.

It is more than just an estate agency run on good reputation at Leaders Bromley, it is about personalities and relationships. I had the pleasure of working with Harrison and Lucy who throughout were exceptionally professional, warm, responsive, understanding and helpful. The branch manager Shuk was also fantastic and I can only speak as I find here - you would do well to work with this team as they pull together and genuinely look after you. Amid the sea of potential agents I could have used, the team at Leaders stood out because firstly they answered the phone and came out on a Saturday - many will not. Secondly, they were all prepared to go that extra mile with personalised support such as visits to collect keys, speak with colleagues in branches in different counties and explain complex legal terminology. I felt they had my best interests at heart. I can only but thank them for their fantastic service and most highly recommend them. Thank you Leaders Bromley.
