I have just moved into my property and from first contact the experience has been absolutely fantastic!! Megan in particular is an absolute gem! Only letting agent give respect to tenant and follow up all the maintenance quickly therefore leaders are eligible for 5 star. However after ending up the tenancy we didn't get the deposit amount for 4 months because the inspection report was not fairly done we charged 385£ by landlord. It's was not landlord/leaders mistake it was based on check out report which shows tenant needs to repair carpet and worktop etc. The check in report confirms the property was give back in same condition and some with age consistent but inspection check out report says tenant should refurbished all the responsibility of tenant. We didn't agree with the check out report and we claim dispute on TDS and we submited all the checks in report 2022 and check out report 05/2023. Finally with all evidence TDS hold only 100£ and give back the 1300£ deposit last week. Leader should review both check in and check out report before sending to landlord it saves time and money and check whether the Inspector have competency and experience for inspection. And I believe inspector k.patel should review the check in history before make final report it will not affect Leader any more. Thanks Dilipkumar
