Fiona at Leaders has been brilliant. She has dealt with all my queries throughly and efficiently and been greatly reassuring during COVID-19. Fiona was able to employ safe social distancing measure to allow us to view a property and organised all necessary repairs to the property to be sorted within days. She has been one of the best estate agents i have ever encountered, professional, pragmatic and proactive at all times. I am very grateful for her and impressed with Leaders.

Really happy with service. Hannah went above and beyond. Told her what I wanted and she only showed me properties that fitted my criteria. After going on other viewings with some other Estate Agents I was so frustrated as they clearly didn’t listen, which wasted both our time. It was refreshing to be shown exactly what I asked for and I found my perfect home. Hannah is an asset to the company and even the after service is fantastic.

The viewing, set-up and actual tenancy itself were all good. The rating reduction is due to the Leaders agent pushing No Deposit Option as my only option to secure the property, and that by paying this I wouldn't have payable liabilities at the end of tenancy as the landlord could claim, and that's not true. Bit scammy. Check out Reddit about Leaders & NDO. Out of pocket an unexpected few hundred £££ due to this. Lesson learned.
