Recently enquired with Leaders about a couple properties. As currently live in a lovely home in Hampshire but ideally need to be closer to my work in Chichester. I can honestly say Amy the new member of the team has been great. Leaders answer the phone quickly and your enquiries online. Great to meet Amy the other day when I viewed a property. Very friendly. Also would like to say thank you to Tom who helps me when I’m a bit lost looking for the properties! And my sat nav fails me. Also Annie who is also so helpful and friendly. A great team. Thank you all.

This review is for Tino Mazanza 10/10 I had a let down from a contractor for an emergency water leak. Tino got to the issue and proposed a fox instantaneously and was very sorry for their contractor not showing up which isn't their fault, only the contractor. Tino is very easy to talk to, does what you need of her with a smile and most of all cares about the individual and totally understood its not good behaviour to ignore and emergency leak your supposed to be getting to ASAP ! (the contracter) Not much else to say apart from every time I've dealt with her, somehow she makes my day much better, Thanks Tino and Leaders are lucky to have you!

Great experience with Leaders Chichester. After recently returning from 8 years in Australia and being completely unfamilair with the UK rental process & market they were very patient with me and responded promptly to my many questions. They were awesome in guiding me from my initial enquiry through to happily settling into my new rental property today! We had been searching for ‘pet friendly’ property for a long time and we were struggling . As soon as we found one through leaders chichester, Tess was on it , she speeded up the process by calling the landlord quickly and made sure that we were top of the list . She was able to secure our tenancy and helped all the way through . Frequent calls from us were answered and we were kept informed every step of the way , Tess helped with the electronic form filling and used her initiative when we encountered a few obstacles. Tess was professional , warm and approachable , with a great sense of humour , which I appreciate .
