I been renting from leaders for 3 y. On the beginning with Charlotte as our manager was good until they change her for Tino, after the change its been a nightmare no communication no repairs done nothing. Costumer service is a 0. Today is our last day of renting thru them and thank God. We been told from few weeks that the checkout appointment is gonna be done today at 9am we call couple times and been told that Hanna is running late that she pick up the keys and is on her way. After an 1.5h we get a call that it's been a miss communication and the checkout appointment is tomorrow joke. Loosing our time for nothing. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend.

Leaders Letting in Chichester is very much an incompetent bunch where no one communicates with one another properly which happened regularly, especially when checking out that is where it all fell apart, more on that later. During our stay, it was a bit of a hit-and-miss with communication with our property manager who would fail to reply multiple times and had to phone and got a blunt response and no follow-up after that call. Maintenance issues were resolved but be warned it can be a shock when you find that they don't remove their dirty boots when entering your property. And our final repair was for a faulty light switch which yes was repaired but it was bodged and the picture of the repair is attached to this review. On our exit, it was a smooth process despite people from the office failing to communicate with each other and accusing us of not returning the keys on time when we did ahead of time. The return of the deposit is still outstanding and we're given no response either via email or phone call in regards to this being resolved. Would I recommend Leaders Letting well I leave that up to you but I won't be using branch again.

Chloe was very helpful in difficult market situation where the properties available were limited to very few and landlords were able to do a casting who they can invite to their rental property. Time was of the essence as after house sale was urging to find suitable accomodation and Chloes contacted us few times with the updates, was very knowledgeable aswell as helpful from start to finish with the whole process. Kind, professional and recommend leaders or individually Chloe is the person you like to meet when trying to rent property. 5*
