Viewed a couple of flats via Kingston branch of Leaders and I'd specifically like to call out Puja Patel for her support and professionalism. The process didn't go 100% smoothly (not Leaders fault) but the issue was sorted out quickly and smoothly. Nour is amazing. I dealt less with Sophie, but when I did, she was great too and both were really understanding of my situation. I was getting a bit frustrated with the admin team at one point, (not related to Nour or the team in the Surbiton office) and every time I called she helped me. Either for chasing internally or giving me an update etc so that ultimately my move in date happened when it had to. Also had a bit of a nightmare with a last minute inventory being done on my move in day, which showed a missing Carbon Monoxide alarm which Leaders needed to sort before I could move in. I was in the moving van at the time so a delayed move was not feasible for me. Nour went out of her way (on her day off) to check the property herself and found the external inventory company had literally not seen the monoxide alarm was there and working. So she once again, enabled me to move in on the date agreed. I really really appreciate her and Sophie's help because I know I probably wasn't being the easiest to deal with! I highly recommend renting through the team at Leaders Surbiton.

Dreadful service I had to wait almost three months to receive my deposit back after agreement of the payment from the landlord. There was no urgency from the ladies, they ignored emails, I was told payment was about to be made only for myself to have to chase weeks later and find out it wasn’t scheduled to be made. I complained and nobody apologised until someone did that wasn’t from the Surbiton office. Avoid if possible.

I can't recommend this branch enough and especially Sophie Gibbs, who was key to sorting everything out. I was looking for a place two months prior, i viewed the property on Tuesday and was made an offer two days after!
