GoogleEverything was straightforward. It took a long time and much paperwork, but it was very easy process and Sophie was there at all times (even weekends or late in the day). I have worked with many of them and, so far, Leaders Surbiton is the best.

GoogleDo NOT use Leaders if you are a Landlord. I have been trying to sort out the lease for my property for over 8 months. The team have ignored more than 10 emails asking for updates. It’s endless chasing and no real apology when you do finally get hold of someone. I have still not been sent a copy of my tenants updated lease despite requesting it again and again!

I had heating issues when I moved in, she checked on me a few times to make sure I was looked after. This is very appreciated as I had bad experiences with other estate agencies! Luckily i had Sophie Gibbs as our lettings manager, who was so helpful with directing us with what things to fill out and providing us with answers promptly. Following viewing, I was provided an offer within two days, and all checks initiated in the same day!
