GoogleWe have had a wonderful letting experience from Leaders in Surbiton. Maggie and Helen and the whole team worked to make our viewing, referencing and contract experience as painless and pleasant as possible. When we viewed the first flat with Maggie (a student flat) we were disappointed with the condition of the flat, but Maggie spoke with us a bit about our wishes and suggested a viewing of a flat that wasn't even on the market at the time, though it was soon to be vacated. This turned out to be the perfect flat and everything went off without a hitch.
In the not too distant future we will be in the position to purchase a property, and Leaders will be the first agency of contact. If their sales department is as good at their jobs as the lettings department, we look forward to another productive relationship. Thanks Leaders Surbiton!

Lots of inspections but nothing ever gets done without a real battle. They took 14 months to fix a broken bath tap. My toilet has had a blockage issue for as long and they seem to have forgotten about it again. Useless! You'd think they'd be keen to implement work as I'm sure they must mark it up to the landlords.
