I had a let down from a contractor for an emergency water leak. Tino got to the issue and proposed a fox instantaneously and was very sorry for their contractor not showing up which isn't their fault, only the contractor. Tino is very easy to talk to, does what you need of her with a smile and most of all cares about the individual and totally understood its not good behaviour to ignore and emergency leak your supposed to be getting to ASAP ! (the contracter)
Not much else to say apart from every time I've dealt with her, somehow she makes my day much better, Thanks Tino and Leaders are lucky to have you!

GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Their communication has been very poor throughout our tenancy. Emails are often ignored or replied to only after repeated follow-ups, leaving us without updates for long periods.
We reported several serious issues with the property, including mould, poor insulation, faulty windows, and problems with the hot water and boiler. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, they were not properly resolved. We were left living with these problems while continuing to pay a high rent.
The agency has shown very little urgency or concern for tenants' wellbeing. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issues, we were constantly left chasing them for updates and action.
As tenants, we expected professionalism, timely communication, and effective management of the property. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite.
I would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience. They need to improve both their communication and their commitment to resolving tenants' concerns.

GoogleThe level of incompetence I am experiencing from this branch and in particular from the property manager (Charles) is indescribable. I have reported my bath tub being fully blocked on the 20th of June… today is the 20th of July and I am still manually scooping out the water after each shower as it absolutely stinks otherwise. Charles told ua to use less water( during the hottest weeks of the year) let alone I explained that I have a young child in the household.
Charles will promise you to chase contractors and call you back.. well he never does. Neither calls you back nor doing his “Manager” job and managing any situation…
Absolute disgrace the whole situation and I do not recommend Leaders unless you want to be let down by Charles…
