Fantastic service from Jon Salmon. We have had an unsettling experience with a tenant who left our property in a sorry state. Jon has been great at keeping us updated with progress and fighting our corner which when you have been really accommodating to a tenant it can be soul destroying seeing the state they have left your property in. Leaders Cranleigh Office Find a nice people then find nice place, always! I was searching my new accommodation 4 months ago, Not like normal tenant coz I can not make appointment to see the real property, coz I wasn't in the UK, searching and chatting with Kate finally I sign agreement with Leaders Cranleigh branch, reason is simple, Kate was doing honest and serious job, she also really concentrate on all the details. Leaders in Cranleigh is probably the best service I have ever received from an estate agent as a private tenant. Kay Gibbs & other members of the team are delivering a first rate service and have never failed to demonstrate how performant is their expertise in the Leaders group. With a strong focus onto their customer relationship & an ability to provide an exellent standart of communication all throughout. I cannot recommand enough the service this Leaders branch is providing as many other estate agencies I have been dealing with beforehand are only mid-way to achieve such a high quality of service.

As a tennant, by choice, I would never use Leaders again. When we were in the property, maintenance never completed issues (albeit not to our detriment), however, the worst experience has been the return of our deposit. The property was left in pristine condition, which Leaders have validated, hoseber, 6 weeks later and still no sign of my money. This is quite disgraceful.

Absolutely abysmal service only gave 1 star as lowest rating I could provide. Don't trust Leaders they don't do repairs to properties that they've agreed to do, they don't clean properties properly, they don't manage their properties correctly, even when they are forced to surrender a tenancy agreement because they are in breach of the terms of the agreement they still do not return money & deposits that are outstanding as agreed !! BEWARE & avoid like the plague .. Rubbish letting agents total cowboys .. Be happy in your new home use the other guys !
