Our property manager is Lauren in Burgess Hill, who has always been extremely helpful in resolving any issues or helping with any queries. We called earlier this week and spoke with Charlene in the cranleigh branch, who was very helpful even though she wasn’t our property manager. Nothing was too much trouble and very quick at getting us a response from the landlord. Both these ladies are a credit to the company.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I recently moved out of a flat rented with leaders, I was left without a bathroom door for 2 years even after I reported it. I had to fight for 4 months to get my deposit and over paid rent back. I would never recommend that anyone uses them.

It's was a really pleasant experience renting a house with leaders Cranleigh. Has a first time tenant in the UK, I truly felt supported and advised by our realtor Lucy Kinloch who done everything to help and keep me informed of all the steps and procedures necessary to rent a home. I truly recommend this real estate. And the deposit free option it's a must. Tks Lucy.

Sam and the team at Leaders have so far provided an excellent service in letting out my property. Their communication has been good and they're always helpful and efficient. From their first visit to value my property to finding tenants took less than a month. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff at the Cranleigh branch are always welcoming and efficient. Also, they do a good job negotiating each annual rent increase settlement, in a way that is fair to both parties. We have a lot of our savings tied up in flats that we rent out through Leaders, and it is important to us that they have given us a good service.

Disgusting behaviour!!! Rude, agressive staff. All they want to do is take take take. If you want to live in a mouldy house with structual damage and deal with rude negative behaviour then Leaders Cranleigh are the people to see. They will also ignore your calls and emails.

Kay at leaders in cranleigh has been fantastic . I have been renting my property for over 6 years . If I have any issues she is more than happy to go above and beyond to help me . I am thoroughly happy with her management !

Keep away from this estate agents, I’ve never dealt with such a rude and unhelpful agent like this in twenty years of using estate agents. When you have a problem they take months to sort anything or just don’t sort it all. Compulsive liars. This branch seriously need some training on how to deal with clients and specially now to speak with them in a professional manner when issues arise.
