GoogleIt is more than just an estate agency run on good reputation at Leaders Bromley, it is about personalities and relationships. I had the pleasure of working with Harrison and Lucy who throughout were exceptionally professional, warm, responsive, understanding and helpful. The branch manager Shuk was also fantastic and I can only speak as I find here - you would do well to work with this team as they pull together and genuinely look after you. Amid the sea of potential agents I could have used, the team at Leaders stood out because firstly they answered the phone and came out on a Saturday - many will not. Secondly, they were all prepared to go that extra mile with personalised support such as visits to collect keys, speak with colleagues in branches in different counties and explain complex legal terminology. I felt they had my best interests at heart. I can only but thank them for their fantastic service and most highly recommend them. Thank you Leaders Bromley.

GoogleI cannot recommend Katie at the Croydon branch highly enough. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to help make my home purchase happen. She was incredibly patient, professional, and always kept communication open between myself and the seller throughout the entire process. There were several challenges along the way, but Katie remained supportive, proactive, and determined to find solutions. No matter the obstacles, she kept everyone informed, chased things when needed, and made sure the process kept moving forward. GoogleI have recently been appointed a new tenancy manager who I must say , has been very proactive and responsive to my emails. Lauren Nield has been helpful and informative, has provided the service that is expected , compared to my previous experience which wasn’t great due to staff leaving every few months. Hopefully the service and continuity of staff at Croydon stays stable. Also a big thank you to David Montero, Sian Orwin and Carol Wight for sorting out issues that had been going on since February this year. If it wasn’t for them, I was at the verge of leaving Leaders Croydon.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Tenant for 3 years and the property management from Leaders was appalling throughout. The emergency repairs line is effectively non-existent. If you have an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, good luck getting any meaningful support. This is potentially dangerous when genuine emergency repairs are needed. Communication has been consistently dreadful. Every member of staff I dealt with seemed impossible to contact. Emails were poorly written or unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and issues routinely required repeated chasing. Nobody appeared to take ownership of a problem or follow it through to resolution. The Section 21 process was handled badly. There appeared to be no proper checks regarding whether we had actually vacated the property, and now, almost 90 days after moving out, we are being chased for money relating to an unspecified issue. Despite multiple requests, no clear information or evidence has been provided explaining the charge. This is all before mentioning the challenges we faced with a consistently difficult landlord. A good managing agent should help resolve issues between tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently, but throughout our tenancy we felt unsupported and left to deal with problems ourselves. After three years as tenants, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a complete lack of accountability.

Although our offer was unfortunately submitted a little too late and wasn’t accepted in the end, Michael was incredibly kind, helpful and empathetic throughout the process. He kept us well informed, gave us fair and honest warnings along the way, and managed expectations in a way that meant we weren’t too disappointed when things didn’t work out. That level of care really made a difference to our experience. Michael came across as professional, thoughtful and genuinely invested in helping us, which we really appreciated. GoogleOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life dealing with this company, past from pillar to post during our tenancy. Care and attention from majority of staff is extremely poor. No human emotion what so ever. If you are considering using them I would really consider any other option that’s available to you.
