Amy has been amazing for my partner and I. Having nowhere to live 2 months before a new job in a different area is a very stressful experience but Amy has been on the end of the phone whenever we have had any questions or concerns. Amy is so friendly, always asks how you are and is a pleasure to talk to. Would highly recommend using Leaders for lettings! Quick and easy process.

For it being my first time renting I’ve been worried and to a point a little scared but I really must personally thank Katie Elliott at leaders Sevenoaks and her colleagues. Katie made me feel safe in my decisions, even went above and beyond allowing me to take a 2nd viewing within 24hrs. Katie and her colleagues was always there when I have been calling needing questions answered, and getting back to me very quickly when she had to liaise with the property owner. Used leaders to rent a two bedroom flat last year, Dawn was our agent. I can honestly say that woman was uselss. she lost our first flat, even though we had put a deposit down, to another agency. so we had to settle for a different one in the same building. It has been over a year since we moved from that place and I still am having billing issues with EDF because Dawn never gave them our moving in readings, despite writting us a letter saying she had. Will never use leaders again. Horrible experience.

Terribly rude and extremely unprofessional. When making a query about renting a very expensive property, I inquired about the basics as I had never rented before. I spoke to Dawn in the Sevenoaks branch and I simply asked for how the depository scheme worked and what ombudsman Leaders was under as I had heard horror stories previously about renting and wanted to reassure myself. Needless to say, Dawn lived up to image British letting agents have. She got very defensive about why I was asking even though I had already explained to her but she was so suspicious about me she told me to go onto their website and look there instead of politely telling me herself and then hung up. Well done on your professionalism and kindness Dawn.

They went out of their way to help us a number of times throughout the tenancy and any property issues that arose were dealt with very quickly indeed. I can't comment on the staff at Leaders Sevenoaks other than Vanessa, as I had no need due to her professional management. Vanessa has been instrumental in making a 'move' seamless and hassle free, which in my experience with other Estate Agents had not been the case. She managed all that was required in an efficient and friendly manner, to the extent if you require a stress-free experience, I would highly recommend this professional.
