GoogleWhat a positive experience from Leaders Sevenoaks, from the initial engagement, the follow up was really good and the whole process was very professional, thanks Tricia. The property manager who manages our property, Jeanette has been amazing. Any time I email or call her with a query/issue, she responds in a very timely manner. She is always happy to help... nothing is too much trouble! What I'm most impressed with is how quickly she deals with any issues we have with our property... I always hear back from her promptly and never have to follow up. Keep u the professional service Leaders Sevenoaks.

GoogleI have had such a positive experience with this company and I would say that is down to working with our property manager, Jeanette. My family rent a property that this company manages and Jeanette is our person of contact. Any time I email or call her with a query/issue, she responds in a very timely manner. She is always happy to help... nothing is too much trouble! What I'm most impressed with is how quickly she deals with any issues we have with our property... I always hear back from her promptly and never have to follow up. I would highly recommend Jeanette as a property manager if you are renting out your home as I can say from first hand experience she is the best! Thank you, Jeanette, for making life easier for us on several occasions :)

GoogleMy family will be relocating to seven oaks area later this year. I telephoned numerous agents in the high street for advise .Leaders were by far the best I spoke with , in particular a lady called Trisha. Whereas the other agents didnt seem at all interested because my move isn’t imminent, Trisha went out of her way to help and advise me . She explained about a scheme leaders operate so that Ive no need to leave a deposit which with costs of removal would be fantastic for us . I will definitely get back to Leaders when my contract completes

GoogleI have experienced very slow response times and poor service from this agency, affecting both tenants and landlords. After two months of waiting, I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. It’s unclear what they are doing with our money. I would not trust this agency.

GoogleI have had dealings with Dawn on many occasions and have never known her to be rude, she has always been very friendly and totally professional. I have always found her advice to be helpful and her knowledge of the local area to be valuable. I would recommend Dawn unreservedly.

GoogleAs Landlords we have always had an excellent service from Leaders. Heather is very efficient and any maintenance issues that arise are sorted out very quickly. Tenants for our properties have always been found very quickly and to date we have had no dead periods.

GoogleWe found Mrs Dawn Hatt to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable in our dealings with Leaders. She was friendly and courteous as she guided us through the letting process, explained our obligations as landlords and found us excellent tenants , who remained for 11 years. As first-time landlords we felt very confident that we were in good hands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mrs Hatt and Leaders to any other landlords.

GoogleWe rented from Leaders in Sevenoaks for over two years and found them helpful, friendly and responsive. They were in the office during Covid and we generally got hold of staff when required. The renting process (+ check in/check out) was fast and largely completed online, and reporting faults in the house got swift responses, although dependent on the landlord for resolution. I would recommend them for anyone moving to the Sevenoaks area.
