GoogleStill waiting for a rental deposit and I moved out in January. They have taken off a lot of money for an end of tenancy clean. I found another company who could of done this cheaper that I would pay for and they still didn’t consider it. I was a loyal regular paying tenant and have been treated much better by other local lettings agents.

GoogleSome estate agencies offices can be intimidating and unfriendly however when I visited the Sevenoaks office of Leaders I was greeted by a very friendly team, who were more than helpful dealing with my enquiry in a professional manner. They behaved with outstanding professionalism, while being friendly and supportive throughout my time there. I would mention in particular Katie, Trisha & Jeanette who went ‘above and beyond.
