GoogleAs a first-time landlord I have been delighted with the service from Leaders. Jill’s local knowledge in advising on the best areas and type of property was invaluable, as was her expertise in ensuring that the property was decorated and fitted out in such a way as to make it attractive from a tenants’ perspective. All of this groundwork has resulted in a quick and high quality tenancy, and both Richard and Vanessa have been brilliant at co-ordinating the utilities and liaising with the tenants. A thoroughly professional service.

GoogleLeaders Sevenoaks have given good service in the past but sadly standards dropped off increasingly in most areas from my four year experience. I don't think this is a poorly trained staff issue but simply very poor organisation and communication from the top. I would have to say don't use if you can possibly help it currently, until they sort their internal issues.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have been a customer with Dawn of Leaders for some seven years and 3 separate tenants. Dawn has always been great and has often gone 'above and beyond the call of duty'. If I wasn't 100% happy with the service, I wouldn't be using Leaders after seven years. And having read the review of Laura, I can only surmise that some people are professional complainers. That's the trouble with review sites; it's far too easy to malign people, with no possible comebacks. A friend who rents holiday homes in Greece has told me that he gets people ringing him up (not emailing, that would be evidence) and saying that unless they get a discount, they will write a bad review on Trip Advisor. Enough said.

GoogleVery helpful with directions and explaining about the property that I was the first to view. I messaged the agent Dominic multiple times and he NEVER came back to me. I left messages on the office phone too and no one came back to me. Honestly, Leaders in what? It's the height of rudeness. A simple courtesy call would have taken seconds.

GoogleI moved my property to Leaders in Sevenoaks after months of it lying fallow. They found a great tenant in about 24 hours - which was lucky. Then they got them to sign and closed the deal tight, which was skillful. They have been brisk and efficient to deal with all matters leading up to a successful handover. They're a very impressive team, always on the ball, disarmingly good on detail, and great to do business with.

GoogleWe have been clients of Leaders for many years. Leaders manage 6 of our properties in Kent and West Sussex as we live overseas. At all times they have been speedy and efficient in locating a tenant and we have never had any problems with the tenants they have selected. The occasional repair or renovation has been done with the least inconvenience to the tenant and ourselves. We highly recommend their property rental services.
