GoogleMy partner and I booked appointments to view a few properties in Sevenoaks recently. The lady who registered us and showed us around was call Trisha, she was so helpful. She knew about all the properties including local amenities broadband speeds and even neighbours much more so than the other agents in town. She discussed our financial situation and was able to offer us advise on our best way forward. Even though we didn’t find our property (due to a change in our circumstances not Trisha’s efforts) we would highly recommend Leaders over the other agents and hope to book more viewings with Trisha when the time is right for us.

GoogleWe contacted Ms. Dawn for a flat in lime tree walk Sevenoaks. She asked us for a house visit and told that d we were the first to view the flat. We confirmed and asked her to arrange for further process. We missed the other agents nice flats. We had rescheduled our journey to Europe waiting for their answer. After two days no info from her, we ourselves called the office, they asked to be on line for 15,minutes and saying that she was busy. After second call other staff told that the house was given to others by the owner and they do not know this. But after 10 days still it is on website. Why could not they tell the customers immediately what is reality. Unnecessary visit and time waste,. Poor service and planning capacity

GoogleI had to move out from my previous property in a very short notice. Spoke to Leaders Sevenoaks explained my situation and after viewing few properties, moved in to a new place. I have to say that from beginning to the end, Dawn Trisha, Gill, Janette everyone was very helpful, kind and nice. Found a great place, sorted all of the documents in a very short period of time. I highly recommend Leaders.
