Life for a renter can be difficult. Amy Crisci @ Leaders in Sevenoaks, has gone over and above the call of duty, giving me time, further options and space to consider all ends. I am overwhelmed by such kindness from an Estate Agent. A lot of the times, sales clients get the best service not renters, so to experience, kindness, thoughtfulness, dignity and respect, absolute professionalism, in spite of not being able to take the property, is just humbling. This review is a long time coming but I just wanted to say the Sevenoaks team have been amazing through the whole process. First, I would like to thank Amy for finding us our perfect place! She knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us the opportunity to see the property as soon as it came on the market. Even in the rain we feel in love with it, so a million thank you’s, Amy. Due to Amy having a much deserved break we then delt with Dom for the rest of the process. He made it all as smooth as it could be, especially with us both being self employed. All the questions we had were handled with professionalism and care. We really felt like we were being looked after through the entire process. I did pop into the branch a few times to ask some questions and I felt so at ease with everyone in the office. We have been with other lettings companies before but this time we really felt like the whole team valued us as people and not just another tenant looking for a rental. Thank you to the whole team (Amy, Dom & Stephen!), I would highly recommend Leaders Sevenoaks.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Be aware of the fake reviews and avoid at all costs. I rented with Leaders Sevenoaks for 2 years and they are greedy and incompetent in equal measure. We had been reporting problems at the flat for the duration of our tenure, only to then have to pay for the very same issues we’d been reporting throughout our tenure. Some were serious such as leaks in the living room and some others such as mould. Despite the health and safety concerns they did nothing to address those. Always on the side of the landlord. Their customer service is an absolute shambles, especially Kelly Collins.Avoid if you can..

Update: We have since moved out of this flat after multiple issues that Leaders were slow, inattentive and inefficient at resolving - not ideal when your bedroom ceiling is leaking during a week long rainfall. Would not recommend. Old: Great and attentive service from Amy from first enquiry right up to our move date. Happy in our new home now and would recommend to anyone.
