GoogleSelwyn is extremely helpful in so many ways. He put me at ease with the application process and most importantly he was very informative without providing too much information but by answering all the enquirers I had as well as bringing clarify whilst being concise when necessary. In a nutshell, I found him very helpful, very professional and extremely efficient. I can go on to say I was sceptical with the service at first but after Selwyn has been attending to me I have been 10x open to renting.

GoogleI definitely do not recommend it. I faced issues with fixed appliances in the house (boiler, washing machine, dishwasher) and had trouble getting responses. It’s been 20 days since I sent an email and made calls to get information, but I haven’t received any reply. Despite paying for this service every month, I’m not getting the support or information I deserve.

GoogleNour is amazing. I dealt less with Sophie, but when I did, she was great too and both were really understanding of my situation. I was getting a bit frustrated with the admin team at one point, (not related to Nour or the team in the Surbiton office) and every time I called she helped me. Either for chasing internally or giving me an update etc so that ultimately my move in date happened when it had to. Also had a bit of a nightmare with a last minute inventory being done on my move in day, which showed a missing Carbon Monoxide alarm which Leaders needed to sort before I could move in. I was in the moving van at the time so a delayed move was not feasible for me. Nour went out of her way (on her day off) to check the property herself and found the external inventory company had literally not seen the monoxide alarm was there and working. So she once again, enabled me to move in on the date agreed. I really really appreciate her and Sophie's help because I know I probably wasn't being the easiest to deal with! I highly recommend renting through the team at Leaders Surbiton.
