I am a landlord myself for a property that Leader Bromley was managed...I am having such a bad service .. my property was badly damaged and was only knew that a month ago. It was terrible that I had to do all the legal works and no advice or help from the agent. Also, they had put the cost of damange to me all these years while the tenants were damaging the property. I have raised a complaint to the head quarter and will take it further to the ARLA if they don't resolver this with me internally (which I really don't think they will) My advice - don't go near this agent either you are landlord or tenants. I wil be grateful if anyone can give me an advice on a good property agent in the area.

After just having finished a tenancy under these estate agents, I have to say I'll be glad to see the back of them. The first point of service is fine, even if the charges are sky high. With little contact throughout the year, the times that it was necessary we found them to be unprofessional at best. Once we told them we were moving out they even tried sending us the same flat we were moving out of, as a possibility of a new move! (which included false description based on our knowledge of the flat) The worst of it came on checkout though. They landed us with a bill that the landlord had ignored for an entire year, meaning it had been sent to a debt collecting company. They then ignored all requests for original bill and had next to no sympathy that they'd given us a large bill to pay just before moving along with the rest of our costs. In fact, they even proposed it was our fault! There is always a constant feeling that unless you're a paying landlord then you're not worth the time. We received our checkout evaluation from a different company that did the checkin, that's because leaders performed the checkin with limited information and the checkout was performed by professionals. This meant that it looked like we were viable for damage already within the property. When asked why they had used a different company on checkout and for photos of checkin - we were ignored. Ignoring is a good tactic employed by leaders. I had to send an email every day for a week with no response and phone calls being screened so no one was available. Unfortunately you don't have much choice if the potential flat is what you're after. I just would avoid this company at all costs in the future.

I have recently rented a property through Leaders in Bromley, I was asked to write a review about them, so I waited a couple of weeks to get a full impression of the service, as I wanted to give as fair a review of my experience of both the lettings and the management team. Lettings: The staff I dealt with were totally fine and Toni was very helpful. My issue with the lettings process was the contract terms and excessive fees. A £72 check out fee payable when you move in, in addition to this, should you need a reference (and I can't see any reason why you wouldn't need a reference from your letting agent) you have to pay a further £30! As a Letting Agent I would have thought that this would be something normal that they would be expecting to provide for their tenants so why it is seen as an additional fee I have no idea! It looks pretty money grubbing in my opinion, especially when you add these to the other extensive list of additional charges I was provided with..... £30 if you miss a pre-arranged appointment (I was happy to sign this as I would never be so rude as to miss a pre-arranged appointment). I was very disappointed, however, to see that this same courtesy wasn't extended to me. I was informed that they wouldn't ever miss a pre-arranged appointment so they didn't need to make the clause work both ways... Surely if they would never do this it wouldn't matter if the clause worked both ways? Management: So far I would say that I have been somewhat unimpressed by the management. After alerting them to several issues I was having in the property I have had no response at all from them. Considering one of those issues is relating to the heating system which sounds like it is about to take off I would have thought they would have wanted to fix that as a matter of urgency! They did, however, manage to get in touch with me very quickly about an issue they were having!

These people are not helpful, will keep you waiting if you have a property problem, they also do not have an out of hours helpline if you have a problem!

From start to finish these guys were professional, kept me informed all of the time, and found me exactly what I was looking for.

I have recently rented somewhere through Aston Mead in Weybridge and out of all the agents I dealt with, I found them to be the best. They always kept me informed with new properties and they also seemed to be the only ones who ever had anything available that was on their website. I love my new home and I would certainly recommend you to my friends in the future!

I have been both a landlord and a tenant with Leaders Forest Hill, all I can say is Perfection. If you want an agent that is Professional, Honest, Reliably then don't look know further. My children have now moved back into the property I was Letting, but I was a very challenging, demanding landlord and no matter what I requested both David and Linda went above and beyond to keep me happy. The pair of them show true class in customer service, very knowledgeable and I would recommend to all.
