Overall, we had a very good experience with Leaders. Staff in their renting department were very helpful and responded swiftly and courteously whenever we raised concerns. I would certainly recommend Leaders as a rentals agency.

Had a great experience letting a property with Leaders from start to finish. Very quick to help me find a property that actually matched my needs, eager to listen to my needs unlike other agents I called in the area.

I had Scott and Mandy.. Scott dealt with my application and Mandy showed me and informed of the properties whilst giving great advice.. Scott personally handled my application beginning to end super friendly and always helpful. Extremely professional. As a letting agent the No Deposit Option is an incredible opportunity as well as Scott hearing we were recently married was able to make adjustments with the application fees and as soon as I brought them up in the first place he was honest and helpful and reduced it down as well as considered me and my wife as a joint applicant (as it should be ) whereas anyone else I called was non negotiable and forced me and my wife to apply separately (£675 and that was just references!!) Where's Scott got it to a much more agreeable £200 and that's allegiance we paid for all fees. Never had such a pleasureable experience with realtors 11/10 Highly Recommended

I have seldom found any letting and estate agents living up to their company name and these folks should hold a workshop on how it's done, so we have better service in the market. Fantastic and responsive, they are what they say on the tin.
