GoogleI got a wonderful house in Croydon with the help of people from Leaders. The executive from leaders named Kurwahn is a wonderful host and very helpful in-deed. You would feel like you are talking to a long time friend and not like an agent in most of the occasions. Their documentation, service and follow up are wonderful.

GoogleWhilst Beverley and Shannon were extremely helpful during the viewing and sales process, the sales progression team were quite aggressive with both us and our solicitors to try and get the sale through before the month end, despite not being able to due to issues with the property that needed to be rectified first. On the day of exchange, no-one contacted us at all to let us know that the sale had gone through, we just turned up at what we hoped was our new house and the lovely (previous) owners let us in and showed us round and gave us a run down on how appliances etc worked. In fact, no-one contacted us for 2 months after we moved in until a review was requested (hoho). Ultimately, although the process started off brightly and went through much quicker than anticipated, it was soured through a lack of communication or care.

GoogleCalled in to Leaders today regarding a property in East Croydon I wanted to view, Kurwahn answered and although he advised I wouldn’t pass referencing he also gave me steps to take in order to boost my affordability which is SO helpful. His charm and charisma would definitely make me come back to him to take a property. Massive recommendation!

GoogleAfter spending close to a year with no movement on our property sale, we enlisted Beverley, Shannon and the Leaders Croydon team to help get us moved. They were extremely proactive, trying several different strategies to find a buyer, rather than just letting us sit on the market as we had done previously. I can safely say we wouldn't have been able to move in 2019 if it hadn't been for them. Highly recommended.

GoogleJake Marin showed us round the property that we rent at the moment. We'd gone into the letting agent on the off chance and this property had just gone back on the market and Jake was happy enough to show us round that day on a last minute appointment. He was already there when we arrived and very polite and friendly when showing us around the property.

GoogleI rented a property for 8 years with Leaders. In the first few years there were some issues (hence 4 not 5 stars), but in the latter years I found Jean Watson to be an excellent property manager. When I came to sell the property, Chris Dribble and his team were very good and impressively tenacious despite several offers falling through (not their fault).

Adam Latter, my property manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and requests promptly. He even took the time to show us the property again when we were unsure to help us make our decision. I would highly recommend their service.

GoogleThe worst Travelled 150 miles to look at a house They confirmed viewing again 30 minutes before time Claimed to call me but no missed calls or messages Waited 15 minutes past the viewing time to call them and find out they cancelled the viewing Had a 2 year old with me also Not first time I have viewed with leaders or rented Always Bad experiences but these are the worst
