GoogleI have lived in London pretty much all my life & out of all the agencies I’ve dealt with Leaders have been far & above the most professional, resourceful & personable I’ve ever used. From my first call to book a viewing they have been on the ball with prompt concise answers via email & incredibly helpful over the phone. I’ve experienced a lot of issues I. The past with agents but I can not recommend these people enough. A personal shout goes out to Selwyn Pacheco who was able to not only deal with me with my schedule but my co-tenant who was in another Country while the process was being completed. If his boss is reading this I hope his next appraisal goes well as we have no complaints at all.

GoogleLeaders are an extremely friendly but professional team . Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always go the extra mile. I cannot pick out one individual member as they are all exceptional! They care as much for their Tenants as they do Landlords and seem to have found the perfect formula to keep everyone happy. GoogleSome estate agencies offices can be intimidating and unfriendly however when I visited the Sevenoaks office of Leaders I was greeted by a very friendly team, who were more than helpful dealing with my enquiry in a professional manner. They behaved with outstanding professionalism, while being friendly and supportive throughout my time there. I would mention in particular Katie, Trisha & Jeanette who went ‘above and beyond.

GoogleWhen they were managing the renting of a house I purchased neighbours say they were useless. Strong winds blew the gate off and was reported by both sides yet they never came to repair. Now looking at the electrics it looks like they may have left them, with tenants in, in a dangerous state. A plug under the sink, hanging. How did any electrician sign that off? It blew the other day from burning & water and it wasn't even in use. The "forms" given have an electrician signature on them. What electrician would sign that off in its danagerous state? Would never trust them managing the renting of any properties.
Hi Steven, we are disappointed to see your low star rating about the team at Leaders in Worthing surrounding the management of the property prior to your purchase. I have had the opportunity to discuss your review with Neil Simmons the Lettings Manager at Worthing. I understand this review has been predominantly based on feedback you have received from your neighbours but also because of the apparent condition of the electrics. Prior to your purchase of the property we were instructed by the landlord on a fully managed service to manage the property. I feel it important to highlight that as managing agent we were contracted by the Landlord to act under their instruction and in this instance whilst it was fully managed the arrangement we had with the Landlord was that we took the calls from the tenant and then he would assume responsibility for the issues and arrange the repairs himself using his own contractors, therefore our involvement was limited to just call taking and rent collection in this instance. I feel it important to note that your own actual experience with Leaders as a customer was through the purchase of the property from our Worthing office which we can assume went smoothly as no negative points have been raised surrounding the service you received with this particular transaction, therefore we are saddened that the team in Worthing have received a negative 1 star review from you. We do appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention, we have taken on board all of the comments you have made and can assure you that all feedback is taken most seriously. GoogleWhere to start …. the property has so many issues, the staff have not been very helpful or very respondent. Having to wait long periods of time for answers to pressing questions, paid £450 for the property to go back on the market to find a new tenant and even that took them 24 hours. Not even getting emails confirming my queries have been received and are being looking into - just being left in wait, constantly checking to see if they've had time to reply to me. Constantly feeling anxious and on edge about the tenancy and the issues which seem to take a long time to be address. By far one of the worst experiences I've had. Lois

GoogleWhile recently looking for a new property to rent, I went to, among a few other Leaders, who ultimately were the ones that succeeded in finding me the perfect place. Lucy Hampton, who was my primary contact, was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Lucy took the time to understand my (somewhat interesting) circumstances, was always professional, never without a smile or positivity, and really listened to and ultimately identified a property that suited my needs. Although Lucy was the person I dealt with the most, all the other staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were always professional, and also personable & likeable. I would not have any reservations in recommending them should anyone be requiring the support in finding their new home!

GoogleNeeded a place to rent quickly, saw a few estate agents and Leaders were a cut above the rest and got me in within a week. I found the staff friendly, professional, efficient and very helpful. I recently locked myself out, called Leaders office and they even went to the extent of having someone come out to me within 15 minutes with a spare set of keys. Five star service.

Jenny Holland did the write up and I loved the personal touches mentioned in my property description. When you read through the listings on their website you really capture an essence of the place they describe. Whoever is training your staff to do this is a great writer.
