GoogleWow! What a great experience I had with Leaders finding a property. Jake was so lovely, the first property I enquired to view wasn’t for me, he told me about another property that had recently come available and it was me all over! He made the process really easy and answered all the questions I had about renting, I had never rented before and he was so helpful. Would highly recommend Leaders and a big thank you to Jake for making the process so much easier than expected :)

GoogleViewing the flat, renting the flat, paying the fees and deposit and moving in were a breeze. However, the time between notifying them about a preexisting issue and the issue getting fixed is LONG. I moved in in September. I have a faulty shower attachment on the bath and had gaps around my windows. The windows didn't get fixed until well into the winter period, around mid January. Leaders didn't even contact anybody to arrange getting them fixed until 2 and a half months after I told them about the issue. For the shower attachment problem, hot/could would come through the bath taps fine but wouldn't mix in the shower attachment. They called AN ELECTRICIAN for what seems to be a plumbing issue. Of course the electrician wasn't able to fix it and quoted £450 for an electric shower to be installed to which the Landlord said no. Worryingly incompetent. They couldn't be faster to take your money but couldn't be slower to fix any preexisting issues with the flat.

GoogleDo not let your property out with them. - My poor tenant was treated so badly by Leaders Worthing so I will not use them anymore - glad I realised in time, as I have just added another 6 properties to my portfolio but will be letting these elsewhere.

GoogleChris Trott from Leaders Worthing was our first estate agent. We'd never sold a house before. Chris came round and took all the measurements and pictures. He has provided us the valuation reports and followed up with the advert on rightmove, zoopla etc. He has been extremely professional during the viewings and sale process. Regularly kept me updated with the status and pushed the buyer for the exchange once the offer has been accepted. I would recommend Leaders Worthing. Tt was a great experience selling my home.
