GoogleLeaders have been managing the letting of my property since I first moved overseas in 2003. During this time, I've received nothing but excellent service from Helena Smith and her team. Any property issues have been promptly addressed, ranging from dealing with appliance breakdowns to problem tenants (fortunately there haven't been many of the latter). I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

GoogleIn my opinion the service we are receiving from Leaders Agency is the best. I am saying this because every time we nedeed to fix or to ask about some things regarding the property the responce came promptly. Miss Helena Smith is always really helpful and is taking the time to explain things in a way that we understand. So yes, only good things to say.

GoogleOver the past 19 years I've let my property through a number of agents, with mixed experiences. Leaders are by far the most efficient and always prompt to queries or issues raised. I've found Helena Smith especially helpful, she always follows enquiries and requests through so I feel my confidence in their management is well placed. That means a happy tenant too, who can rely on a good agent and landlord. It's something that Leaders achieve that alot of other agents don't.

GoogleJake Marin showed us round the property that we rent at the moment. We'd gone into the letting agent on the off chance and this property had just gone back on the market and Jake was happy enough to show us round that day on a last minute appointment. He was already there when we arrived and very polite and friendly when showing us around the property.
