GoogleUPDATE (MARCH 2019) Eight months on and I'm still happy to give Leaders a 5-star rating. Louise, Jane and Amber have all been exceptional in good, clear and prompt communication during our tenancy, and have been a pleasure to work with. Most recently, Louise assisted us with some contract renewal aspects that really gave us peace of mind and confidence. PREVIOUS POST: Recently (May-June 2018) used Leaders to help us move into St. Albans. Staff were very friendly and professional, but at first seemed a bit casual about things that were concerning us. However, they were very good at reassuring us with good communication and the processes that directly involved Leaders went smoothly first time, each time.

GoogleWe've recently bought a flat with Leaders and would highly recommend them. Scott Willmott was our point of contact and he did a great job throughout the whole process. Scott was friendly, professional, approachable, helpful, really good at communicating with us and the vendors and really stepped in and assisted when we had some issues with the vendors solicitors. I don't think we would've bought the property if it wasn't for Scott. Thanks for all your help Scott!

GoogleMandi provided us with advice and support on the viewing and cleared up all our doubts expertly on every aspect of the renting process. Alongside high quality service, Mandi also values the human aspect, without which it would not be possible to build up long-term personal relationships based on mutual trust.

GoogleBuying our first house was a very smooth process. Scott was great and did not come across as overbearing or pushy. He let the process move at its natural pace, didn't put undue pressure on either side and the purchase was completed smoothly. Would definitely use again. Thanks
