GoogleReally really disappointed in leaders and will recommend anyone to AVOID AVOID AVOID. I rented a flat for 18 months and left it pretty identicle to how we found it. As estate agents they were looking after the property on behalf of LL.The check out report was so pinicky and stated stuff like recycling had been left in the recycling bin and the lights have a bit of dust and there is an odd cobb webb that we missed when cleaning really petty basic stuff, nothing major. We cleaned and bleached the kitchen, oven, bathroom, skirting boards etc etc, but wasn't good enough. They claim they had to get a cleaning company in for a basic sparkle clean and when there the cleaning company stated it needed more than that (obviously, of course they did ) I was told that they were in there all weekend cleaning (really for a small 2 bed flat) and now LL and leaders are trying to take 245 for the privilege off of our deposit. This is the 4th properly I have rented and never experienced this stress with regards to getting my deposit back as I always get it back straight away cos I'm a respectful tenant and leave the property how I find. Sorry rant over, but yeah again AVOID AVOID AVOID.

GoogleThey are double faced, back stubbing, hypocrites. Thy are recommending to my landlord to sell the property and terminate my tenancy. It seems that their lack of scruples is monumental. I am deeply disgusted and I would tell everyone ot stay way clear of their "double standard" services (to themselves). AVOID!

Hi James, we are saddened to read your comments about our team at St Albans. I have spoken with the Lettings Manager within the branch to discuss your feedback who has advised me that we were instructed by the Landlord on an introduction only level of service and this can be evidenced on our system. The introduction only service meant that we marketed the property however our involvement ended once you as the tenant moved into the property. As the Landlord is selling the property through another agent they instructed us to service notice on yourself which we have done but can assure you we have in no way had any influence in the Landlords decision.
