Would rate this a zero if I could! Absolutely appalling customer service. Repair reports went ignored for months. Left without a boiler for 3 weeks in winter and got told I was allowed reimbursement and then they never followed through. You have to constantly chase them for responses if you even get them. Waited for deposit to be returned 2 months later after having to be forced to seek outside assistance.

I put my property on the market with Saltdean branch. Staff were very professional and proactive in selling my property. I got an offer early January and all appeared to be going smoothly and plan was to move mid April .... until the Pandemic hit us. A lot of downs( not many ups) a bumpy road with extremely high pressure. BUT I was supported throughout by the lovely Susie Virgo. She was always at the end of the phone and her calm nature and professionalism got me through and we had a laugh along the way. We have now exchanged and moving next week. In March 2019 I gave King & Chasemore a real challenge. Following the death of my mother I had to sell her detached bungalow which was in need of substantial renovation and one of the earliest properties built in Saltdean in 1925. The Executive Branch Manager (Susie Virgo) initially attended our first meeting and took the necessary photos and general details. I was very impressed with her marketing of the property. As there was substantial asbestos in the roof I knew it would be a difficult property to sell and would need a cash buyer as mortgage facilities would not be favourable. However she found the right person and I am looking forward to seeing the subsequent redevelopment. Susie Virgo kept me in touch with progress throughout the sale. Before contacting K&C I had spoken to another local agency who gave me a valuation £115k lower than what K&C sold the property for. So ultimately very impressed with K&C's service. Highly recommend.
