I had a great experience with King & Chasemore. Dealt mainly with Kate and Rebecca but the whole team seem friendly and efficient. They sorted out my rental while I was in South Africa - with Kate Thompson taking me on a Whatsapp video tour around the house! They gave me a full photo inventory of everything when I came into the office to sign and go through the documentation (this took 20min max) and now I’m in my flat with everything sorted. Seriously so efficient, flexible and responsive - not to mention friendly which makes such a difference! I would definitely recommend them.

Very dissapointed in this company. Seems they took advantage of someone from another country, as well as someone who's never rented through an agency before. Asked the woman upfront if all I would be paying was on the form she had distributed to me, as well as six months rent upfront. She agreed, so I would go ahead with the deposit, then, promptly took the form away from me, so I wouldn't have evidence to use against her. Then, was told I had to pay separately for council tax, water, electricity and Internet. And that I wouldn't be able to get my deposit back, even though I'm a student and single Mom!
