What a super team at K&C!! Vicky, Zoe and James were so helpful and kind throughout the whole sale process. I had some bad luck with buyers pulling out which threatened the future sale if the property I was buying. They kept communication with the agents from that property and pulled out all the stops to secure new buyers. Throughout the whole process they went above and beyond and did everything with a positive attitude and a smile. Highly recommend

Neil was #1! Was amazingly helpful and made us feel at ease. Renting is not easiest especially when moving out of your family home! Neil was very helpful in getting us registered, he was welcoming and hospitable and we had a great laugh! Just the beginning of our search for a house to rent but Neil and king and chasemore stood out the most amongst all other letting agents! Will definitely recommend! Rebecca Webb has been amazing... From our first meeting, to value my mums house for rental - and then to secure our first tenant : king and Chasemore have been diligent and professional... Rebecca has gone above and beyond in giving advice and direction to help my sister evict a tenant from her house too... Then after a years tenancy came to an end, the king and Chasemore team re-tenanted my mums house again with only a few days of void period in between... couldn't be happier. Had an amazing experience with Andy and Neill. I was in Crawley for the day to view rent properties and had my schedule suddenly change. I called Neill and within an hour he was able to set me up with viewings for times that worked for me. Not only were they able to pick me up but they were kind enough to drop me off at a viewing with another agent which saved me £££ in Uber rides. They know their stuff and are super fun. I was having a very difficult morning, having to find somewhere to live following a break up. I visited the other estate agencies on the high st and King & Chasemore stood out to me as they were the only ones to listen to me and my needs and discuss options. Not just throw problem properties at someone who was clearly desperate and vulnerable. They helped me find a property that was right for me and my needs and within my budget. Andy was very welcoming and friendly and got straight on job. When I returned to confirm my interest Becky was on had to help me and explain my deposit options clearly and answered my questions no matter how simple or silly they were. And finally Chloe helped me through my credit check patiently while I gathered the info that I needed. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me step into the new chapter of my life. We approached King & Chasemore for the sale of my late parents home, after meeting 2 other local estate agents. Owen Constance valued the house for us for Probate purposes and he and his team waited patiently whilst legal matters progressed. The house went live Boxing Day 2022 and we sold 3 weeks later. We had feedback from each viewing, and only accepted the right offer. The sale was passed to Zoe and Thomas was always at the end of the phone to answer endless questions that we had. Thank you Vicky Branch manager for getting us from Exchange of Contracts to completion. Your kindness in a difficult circumstances was appreciated more so as we did not live locally to the property.
