GoogleMade an offer based on the information I was given from Nathalie. It took a month for anything to happen and when the real information came through it turned out she was completely wrong and there were major fire risks to the building and the purchase could not go forward. It cost £80 for the ID check which they wouldn't refund. I wouldn't have offered if they'd given me the correct information and I wouldn't have needed to pay that fee.

GoogleI got in touch with King and Chasemore as it looked like my purchase was about to fall through 11 days before completion and I would need to rent somewhere at very short notice. I spoke with Jack about a particular property and he understood the situation and was incredibly helpful and proactive in setting up viewings and locating other suitable properties. In this instance, my purchase was salvaged and I didn't need to rent somewhere but the speed at which Jack reacted and the help he offered went a very long way and impressed me to the point I will recommend this company to anyone and will certainly involve them in future property transactions myself.

GoogleI had signed up with an online estate agent initially, in the hope of saving some money, but was less than impressed with their service. And then Bruno happened to stop at my door, and I was instantly impressed by his knowledge and manner. He and Madi proved to be extremely effective and professional, finding us a buyer quickly, and helping with all our conveyancing questions, and chivvying our conveyancers along when they were being slow to respond. They were always welcoming when we went in to the office and quick to respond by email, and made the whole experience a lot easier than it would otherwise have been.
