I found Nicola Wardrop and her Team in Bognor to be more than helpful from the start. Unfortunately, due to the 'incompetence' of Solicitors acting for the Vendor, things got off to a slow start. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Nicola, and she dealt with the problem immediately. When further problems came to light, again caused by Solicitors incompetence and lack of response, Nicola engaged with my Solicitor and resolved the problem immediately. Her willingness to engage and keep things moving, enabled my Solicitor to bring this to a successful conclusion. I found Nicola to be extremely helpful - and never avoided the issue. Having bought and sold over a dozen properties in the last 45 years, she stands out as being the most obliging Agent I have ever dealt with. Had previously had my property listed with another agent in Bognor , but this was proving to take longer than I had anticipated to find a Tennant. This is when I’d was introduced to chane . And in all honesty she was fantastic . Found me a Tennant really quick. And kept me updated throughout the whole process, and was always avaible to talk things through whenever I reached out to her ! This was really important to me given how busy I am . Was originally going to use them just for the Tennant finding service , but have now opted to have chane in a contracted management capacity .. Can’t rate her highly enough . And look forward to having her on board going forward. This brings me to the sales , team.. who i also bought through . From the initial viewing to getting the deal over the line , they and in particular Amy were fab ! Very much same traits as the lettings side . From the first day we've met Chanee she was professional and a lovely personality. We had a disappointing experience with the way our application was handled by Amelia. From the beginning, we were encouraged to proceed and submit an offer, with the impression that things were moving forward positively. Based on this, we acted quickly and in good faith. However, after submitting our offer, the process changed unexpectedly, and we were informed that further viewings would continue before any decision would be made. While we understand that landlords may wish to consider multiple applicants, the lack of clear guidance and inconsistent communication from Amelia made the process feel unclear and, at times, misleading. As prospective tenants on a tight relocation timeline, clear and consistent communication is extremely important. Unfortunately, we felt that the process was not managed in a way that reflected this. We hope that in future, applicants are given clearer expectations and guidance from the outset to avoid unnecessary uncertainty and inconvenience.
