I had a very positive experience with King and Chasemore during my recent move. Kirsty handled the process from viewing through to move-in and was excellent throughout - always clear, prompt, and professional. She was approachable both on the phone and in person, communicated everything clearly, and made what can be a stressful process during a busy professional period feel straightforward! Clare was also involved in overseeing several aspects of arranging the tenancy; she was professional and clear in her communication, and very helpful in ensuring everything was completed properly ahead of the move. Overall, the process was smooth and well-managed by the branch, and I appreciated the support provided during the transition.

I’m so glad that I spoke to Kirsty when I was house hunting. She insisted I look at a property I hadn’t considered and I LOVE it. I’m also happy with how Kirsty and Clare supported me through the technical and financial processes too. Kirsty also helped me to negotiate terms and costs. My reason for 4 stars is that the company didn’t allow my guarantor to ask questions and also there were problems with the phone system, however all the promises were kept and everything I needed has been provided.

From the initial market appraisal, instruction and marketing, Susie and her team have been helpful and professional from beginning to end. We live several hours away from the bungalow and Susie was able to steer us towards any tradesmen we needed to prep the property. As our negotiator Jacob was always at the end of the phone, supportive and saw up through a few bumps on the way to completion, always cheerful and helpful. Murray was also helpful on the phone if we needed anything when the rest of the team were out of the office or otherwise engaged. Well done King and Chasemore, we chose the right agent!

Susie Virgo and the team were on the ball throughout the less-than-straightforward sale of my father's house in Saltdean. We definitely felt she was on our side; enthusiastic, hard working (even when she was on holiday!), supportive, persistent, extremely professional but friendly.
