We've moved a fair amount of times here in the UK, but so far King & Chasemore was one of the best agency to work with. They were extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process and we were felt welcomed and assisted all the time. Whenever we came up with a question they provided us immediate answers or find it out super quick for us. I would personally love to thank Cloe and Becky from the team for their supportiveness and professionalism! I cannot recommend them highly enough if you're looking for a place to move or buy. We have been letting our property through King & Chasemore for 5 years and have found their services to be excellent. They have consistently kept us informed of any problems or repairs which need to be undertaken and have always been able to provide us with a reliable supplier or contractor when necessary. Rebecca Webb, the Assistant Manager, has been my primary contact throughout and has always been willing to assist with any queries. When Rebecca is not available, the rest of the team provide very efficient back-up and Rebecca never fails to follow up to ensure any issues have been resolved. I would have no hesitation in recommending K&C to anyone looking for a reliable letting agent in the Crawley area.

I brought my property several years ago through king & Chasemore and I thought they were really professional. I recently decided to rent my property out and I cannot fault the service I recieved. The team- especially Andy and Becky went above and beyond and the whole process was seem less. They had tenants lined up for me immediately and they even helped me with the moving process. 10/10 - have already recommended them to my friends and family. Becky has been an angle sent from God to us. Moving can be stressful but with her the process was easy and relaxing. She was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process which led to us getting the house which we hoped for. She really went the extra mile to assist us and was very responsive. If it was possible to give them a NO star, I definitely will. Absolutely useless service. After viewing, they collected a holding deposit from me and my partner which of course signifies that it should be off the market pending reference. These wicked people took two holding deposits from two prospective tenants, and then didn’t communicate with myself or my partner for almost 7 days even after referencing was passed, only for them to say they gave the house to another prospective tenant only after we reached out. I knew my partner and I were definitely gonna pass referencing, so I had already told my landlord I was moving out. Now I’ve found another house and they’ve refused to release my holding deposit as urgent. they’ve already cut into my time and now I have to move out in 10 days. They said someone will give me a call but it’s still the same unethical behaviours, no call back. It’s absolutely unheard of and criminal the way they’ve behaved, I don’t recommend, if you wanna rent, runaway from them

We have been using King Chasemore for two decades for 3 of our properties in Crawley. The team is very helpful and informative, especially Becky who has been there for long time and talk me thru all the steps that I need to do. When the transition from my late husband who used to dealt with her and forwarded to me, It has been quite challenging for me but Becky and Andrew made all the things so easy! from handling the paperwork, finding good tenants, increasing the rental income and suggesting what the best for me to decide.
