GoogleVery dissapointed in this company. Seems they took advantage of someone from another country, as well as someone who's never rented through an agency before. Asked the woman upfront if all I would be paying was on the form she had distributed to me, as well as six months rent upfront. She agreed, so I would go ahead with the deposit, then, promptly took the form away from me, so I wouldn't have evidence to use against her. Then, was told I had to pay separately for council tax, water, electricity and Internet. And that I wouldn't be able to get my deposit back, even though I'm a student and single Mom!

GoogleI used King and Chasemore to sell my Chichester property. They (Keith in particular) were very active to find a buyer. They handled all the appointments and kept me advised at all times. They had great communication with me at all times. They successfully sold my property and were competitive with their fee. I would recommend them without hesitation for selling a property.

Googlewe are currently going through our first adventure in searching for a charming flat to make it our home. Despite my rather unprepared surprise visit Hannah was fabulous and polite. GoogleWe are currently going through a purchase and sale of our property using King and Chasemore. Can honestly say that so far Rodger and Loren have been a great help. They have both been available around the clock and very helpful throughout so far. I would highly recommend using them for their honesty and hard work to achieve all parties goals. The added bonus and recommendation of Justin (mortgage broker) has also been a great help. Thanks for everything and fingers crossed for a speedy completion.

GoogleKing and Chasemore have been managing the sale of my flat over the last couple of months. I'd like to say a very special thank you to Loren Rayner, new Sales Manager, who has made a huge difference to the customer service and approach to managing clients. She has been so responsive, efficient and consciencous and i would now have no hesitation in recommending King and Chasemore to others. There has been a huge and evident improvement in customer care since new management have taken over. Loren, thank you for making every customer feel like they are your number 1 priority despite your very busy workload.

GoogleI had a great experience with King & Chasemore. Dealt mainly with Kate and Rebecca but the whole team seem friendly and efficient. They sorted out my rental while I was in South Africa - with Kate Thompson taking me on a Whatsapp video tour around the house! They gave me a full photo inventory of everything when I came into the office to sign and go through the documentation (this took 20min max) and now I’m in my flat with everything sorted. Seriously so efficient, flexible and responsive - not to mention friendly which makes such a difference! I would definitely recommend them.
