GoogleThey make you feel like contacting them is a burden on their job. Response time is terrible and they are hesitant to commit to anything in writing. Never again will I use their services. Others may have experienced a fantastic service, however, I personally did not. What a shame to be one of the unlucky ones as many others seem to have had a good experience.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWould rate this a zero if I could! Absolutely appalling customer service. Repair reports went ignored for months. Left without a boiler for 3 weeks in winter and got told I was allowed reimbursement and then they never followed through. You have to constantly chase them for responses if you even get them. Waited for deposit to be returned 2 months later after having to be forced to seek outside assistance.

GoogleI walked into King and Chasemore for advise on my tenant who was not paying their rent. The amount of legal advise I got from them was so helpful they really know their stuff! I will definately be renting my properties out through these lovely ladies from now on. Be careful of small companies they are clearly eager for your money but don't know the latest legislation. GoogleUnbelievably poor service, I’m sure they will try and sweep it under the carpet but they know how poor they’ve been. If they want to deny wrong doing that is fine, I have everything documented from dates/times and I am currently contacting head office to inform them of our experience of the Chichester branch.
