From the initial viewing, through to the contract management it has all be done in a friendly and professional manner, this included the management of the additional health and safety aspects required during a national lockdown. They helped to sell our flat on Bembridge Street in a difficult market and they really went the extra mile to arrange viewing days and generating new interest when things looked very challenging. GoogleI can't recommend King & Chasemore enough. We found and sorted our new property in about a day thanks to the precious help of Fin and Paula! Communication was great throughout, by email and by phone. We were never left in the dark and everything went so smoothly. Moving house is stressful so I can't thank Fin and Paula enough for their amazing customer service and support!

We were forced to move in a bit earlier than we’d like, and at a time on the day that was not suitable, so I cannot give 5 stars. GoogleThe team at King and Chasemore have made the process of letting my property simple and painless right from the start - - from the initial valuation and marketing of the flat to the selection of a shortlist of suitable tenants and assisting me with all of the paperwork. I've always found the team to be professional, helpful and friendly. They've shown themselves efficient and dependable in the management of my property; they've addressed all my questions and issues quickly; and their communication has always been pleasant and courteous in manner. Whenever the tenants have had questions or anything has needed to be done in the flat, it has always been effected quickly and professionally. GoogleKing and Chasemore Midhurst is a busy, small agency but the manager and the staff are committed to great customer service. I was as pleased with their approach to the sale of my property last year as I had been when I purchased the house in 2012. I was kept well informed and up to date with the results of viewings and the situation of possible purchasers. The right person came along on a very wet Saturday afternoon and it was obvious the viewer was interested. I was not surprised when an offer came and the agency dealt with matters utterly professionally. When delays occurred with my inward purchase they were able to find out details of the reasons for the delays that I was not able to get and this gave me comfort. GoogleI have used King & Chasemore estate agents in Midhurst for many years as both a landlord and also to purchase and sell property. The company is always very professional and understanding to individual client needs. This has been especially true over the last year as the agency has kept up to date with all protocols, not only creating a safe environment but also keeping clients updated and informed, whilst maintaining a professional service.
