Absolutely unprofessional services (from a homeowner point of view). Lack of responding to messages (some of which were urgent in my opinion), vague communication with answering questions, and money being taken before things are even completed. This company was great 25 yrs ago but things have definitely changed. Such a shame that they are able to get away with such criminal behavior.

GoogleI felt professionalism from Becca (Rebecca Lee) and Kleit at Kings and Chasemore the first time I met them and they showed me rentals in Saltdean area in Brighton. We are a small family but our needs are very specific with a 9 year old at home while not stretching too much on finances. Becca really understood this and took care of us properly. Well ✔ done. GoogleCouldn't write two reviews but.. Review 2024: Best Estate agents in Brighton & Hove hands down. Been in Brighton renting for 11 years and can truly say they are the best by far, lovely people and quality service in lettings & sales! Rented my last property for 3 years though King and Chasemore in Coastal place. Not had many issues but when something broke they were very pleasant and useful to work with. Review 2021: Excellent experience finding a place to rent through King and Chasemore Hove, staff really friendly and responsive, no time is wasted stressing. Would recommend anyone who is looking to rent or buy to pop in or look online.

GoogleWe mainly dealt with Rebecca Lee and she was unbelievable, she answered all our questions was so helpful, professional, friendly and I would highly recommend using her if your thinking of letting your property. She left us a welcome hamper when she greeted us the day we moved in and included alcohol free beer as my wife is pregnant. She went above and beyond when a last minute change happened and she couldn’t have handled it better. She’s a credit to the King and Chasemore brand.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible business. We had to do our own viewings on several occasions. And ones we had someone interested. their communication with the buyer and ourselves was terrible, making us almost loose our buyer. So we contacted the buyer ourselves and demanded king and chasemore to stay out of it. King and chasemore made both parties believe that they were the issue in the communications, but after dealing with the sales ourselves, we found out king and chasemore was the issue. They still demanded almost full price for their "services". And when we protested the amount, there were no records of all the complaints we made, so we had no case. Avoid steyning king and chasemore, you will end up regretting it if you don't.

Bruno Sandilands is undoubtedly one of the best and nicest agents we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He really listened to our brief and came up with the house of our dreams. He was absolutely brilliant during the negotiation process and often would ring us with updates out of hours, as he appreciated that we were on tenterhooks as it can be quite a stressful process, and we found this service above and beyond. He was so calm and patient throughout, and has a lovely sense of humour. He is also very honest, transparent and trustworthy which we found so reassuring.
