Having not sold our house last year, and taken it off the market over the winter, we decided to ask King and Chasemore for an up-to-date market evaluation. We were only seeking to garner their thoughts but Emily, the manageress, was so complimentary about our house and so enthusiastic and confident that she could easily sell it that we decided not to approach anyone else. We were keen that anyone showing potential buyers around our house should really know our house and its positives. Emily was totally on board with that and as a result we got to meet her team: Angel, Daisy and Lara who were likewise wonderfully friendly, enthusiastic and professional people. Emily arranged for photos to be taken of our house and also a video. Our previous estate agent hadn’t created a video and I feel having one this year, alongside a dynamic group of people who really wanted to help us, was the reason we quickly secured the ideal buyer for our property. We were delighted that we chose King and Chasemore to help us this year and have no hesitation in recommending them.

These two deserve the length of this review, Tony and Brooke have been absolutely incredible, they both go to extreme lengths to provide the best service. I was provided a viewing within two days and upon arrival Tony was so happy and bubbly gave me a viewing i’d never forget, the humour and the professionalism was one of a kind. I expected the viewing and within 5 minutes I was sitting down with Brooke signing for referencing. Brooke was friendly, kind and very polite. She gave me all information and both letting agents at Midhurst have kept me in the loop and reassured me. They have done all of the work in finding me a one bedroom property within three weeks I am moving in! All work done that needed to be done completed over one weekend. I’m genuinely forever grateful to have worked with such an incredible team. I highly recommend King and Chasemore due to the experience I have had. They deserve every promotion they get.
