GoogleIt's not often that you come across a property manager who embodies efficiency, professionalism, and genuine concern as consistently as Stefania from JLL does. My experience with her was truly top-notch. I recently encountered an issue in my rented unit and, as most tenants would know, the process can often be stressful and prolonged. However, Stefania has utterly transformed that norm. Right from the moment I reported my concern, she stepped up and made it her priority. Her response was swift, clear, and assuring. The issue was handled with a level of efficiency and speed that is rare to find these days. I wholeheartedly recommend Stefania and the team at JLL for anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free property management experience. Having spent a considerable amount of time across the rental market in Greenwich trying to secure a property I can assure you that service from Isobel, Bruna and Ahmed is exemplary. GoogleI would never hire JLL to sell or buy property. They will leave your flat in shambles, and then deny it, all they care about is their commission. I have never seen more disrespectful agents.
