GoogleAVOID!!! Myself and a friend started the process to rent an apartment with JLL, all information that was requested from us was filled in and in a timely manner, JLL requested a holding deposit to which we paid instantly to ensure we could get this processed as fast as possible, due to no fault of our own the agreement can not go ahead and we have now been bluntly advised the holding deposit is non refundable, we tried our best to ensure that everything was completed and JLL are refusing to give us our holding deposit back under section 3 of the holding deposit terms, to which we never wanted to back out of the agreement at all. Complete theft from a company to do this to individuals that are looking to move as fast as possible and now we are left with no holding deposit to put down on another property. Would completely AVOID at all costs, plenty of reputable & professional estate agents in Manchester and I will be looking to dispute this further.

GoogleUnprofessional and disrespectful treatment towards tenants. We agreed viewings slots in our apartment with George and asked him several times to ask viewers to take their shoes off. We have a toddler who plays all the time on the floor and try to keep our apartment as clean as possible.
We left the apartment for the viewings and when we arrived at the apartment all the carpets were full of stains and shoes marks.
Such unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour!

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST!
What an absolute joke of a company. I was looking for an accommodation back in August. They almost never reply to your emails. If you call them up, they just collect your details, tell you that they will send you an email and ignore you for days. They advertise accommodations on their websites that are not even available anymore. It takes their agents weeks to reply to your emails and messages. They tell you that an accommodation is available, ignore your messages for a whole week and then they inform you that they gave the accommodation to someone else. They are wasting your time, energy and money. There’s zero communication between the different departments. They don’t care about their customers at all.
