Great bunch of people very helpful and understanding with the sale of my late father’s property, I would like to thank the manager Jacqui Cuthbert for the prompt response when I had to get the house valued, I needed three estimates for probate the two other estate agents I used I had to wait a couple of days but Jacqui came with in 20 minutes of me calling and this sealed the deal of who I was going to use to sell my dads property. Jacqui has a very high knowledge of the aria and knows the market. All the staff at Frosts are very helpful and always keep you in the loop and they are always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions you may have. Fantastic people to deal with, with a friendly and professional manor all the way through the process of selling my father’s house. It’s been emotional and a pleasure, thank you. M.

GoogleI found Jacqui's local knowledge of the housing market very reassuring and valuable. It was good to always be able to get hold of someone in the office who knew my property and the current situation. GoogleWe had Frosts as the agent for both our sale and purchase which spanned from around May - December 2024. The service received was excellent. We were in a long chain which at times looked like it might never align but Jacqui really worked hard to organise everybody else and ultimately secure the exchange and completion.
