GoogleYoh... finding a place to rent for the first time is not easy... the application process was difficult but Paul from Mann came through and assisted me preventing me from becoming homeless literally a day before I was kicked out of student accommodation.... he made sure we were sorted before he went home and finished the remaining process the following day... honestly a good hearted and caring person. Highly recommended you ask for Paul to sort you our with your rent

Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with. Throughout this entire ordeal, our property management agent, Nicky Scales, has been nothing short of wonderful. From our very first enquiry, he was incredibly responsive, patient, and informative - always quick to answer our (many!) questions and make the whole process feel seamless. He was consistently professional, approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he always made himself available whenever we needed support. Googlejust got my key and moved in. Very pleasant and smooth moving experience. Huge thanks go to George Reeves, being honest and patient to me. He compared all my choices in this development and did give me the best option! I actually made the payment later than my contract commencing date but he keeping patient and positive at the whole process, which was very important to me mentally.
