Excellent and helpful service from Micheal from start to finish who even opened the office for us when it was closed so we could get the keys. Bruna and Mara have also been very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Alex Sibley at JLL has remained cal, and gone beyond the call of duty in terms of helping us with our house purchase. From the beginning he seemed fully invested in making an appointment happen (on a Sunday!)and has been a total pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use the firm again.

Hayley was so helpful when we were looking to rent and found properties that matched our brief perfectly. She was available above and beyond normal hours and organised viewings promptly and without hassle. would definitely recommend JLL for lettings.

I had used JLL from 2003 to 2012 (before they were JLL) and always found them to be best agents in Greenwich for renting my house. Consistently good tenants and great service which is why after a few years we did not advertise with any other agents in the area. I actually bought the house from them too :)

After two weeks of flat hunting we were referred to Michael in Lettings and he helped us secure a flat in Greenwich within a matter of days. He's honest and genuine approach is refreshing compared to other agents we have come across. I would definitely recommend him and JLL if you plan on renting in Greenwich.

Great service from Alex at JLL whilst buying a property. He made himself available at short notice and during weekends so we could do extra viewings (for moving purposes) after our offer was accepted. He helped move the transaction forward and was good at managing slow solicitors. Would certainly recommend him and JLL.

The staff at JLL were amazing. Very friendly and professional. We had to move out of our family home at very short notice due to flooding and they were able to find us a lovely rental property and turn around our references and tenancy agreement in 3 days! 5 star service! Many thanks to Hayley and Oscar for all their help.

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS 3rd letting agent I've used in Canterbury and definitely the worst, disgusting lack of care for tenants, horrendous customer service, refusal to return deposit without legal time frame, consistent breaches on contract in other areas, they automatically assign you to Spark energy, handing over personal details without consent. Complete lack of communication, always the clients expected to do the chasing and monumentally slow at resolving any issues that arise.

I'm in no way surprised by the other negative 1 star reviews. I'm actually scared that such people are running a business. The agent didn't even show up to the house viewing we booked. I even called two hours ahead of time to confirm it was still on at the same time! What kind of joke is this?! Waited 20 mins, called their office. Said they would call back soon when they figure out what's going on. 40 mins pass by, no one called. I had to chase them up about it. Talked to someone else, they have no idea where or what their colleagues are up to. Then they try to tell me the appointment was actually 30 mins earlier than it was "booked"... nice try shifting the blame onto me. Their office is a 5 minute walk from the property!! Yet they made no effort to rectify this mistake they made. Three different people, not a single apology. Said they would call back later the same day when they could arrange another viewing. Can you guess what happened? THEY NEVER CALLED. What a surprise. Thank you so much for wasting 3 hours of my afternoon! I thought that maybe I was just unlucky.. then I saw the other reviews. Seems like this is a recurring issue! Good job! (sarcasm). "We have a new team in place now at the branch to ensure that these issues never happen again." - taken from a reply they posted to a different unhappy customer. Confirms that they are liars.

Totally useless, they delay payment, mess up inventories. Lots of young people working for them with no sense of professionalism and obligation. Rude when you confront them and frankly, more of a problem than a solution. One of the worst services in Canterbury, beware of their promises before signing up with them, they are full of it. They don't care.
