GoogleI had been looking for a property for around 6 months and viewed a number of properties and dealt with various estate agents. I found the majority to be extremely unhelpful and in one viewing it was comical how little the agent knew about the property and couldn't answer a single basic question. My experience with JLL has been fantastic and it's no surprise I found the perfect property through them, Joseph the agent who showed me around (twice) went above and beyond, he knew every answer to my questions and helped me measure the flat. The second contact I had there, Sharan, again was brilliant. I was always called back when promised, she helped me with things that wasn't necessarily anything to with the estate agents and once the sale had gone through, the after care has been amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleSharan and the team were absolutely brilliant, both when I bought my flat 4 years ago and on its recent sale. She managed to get 2 full price offers within 24 hours of it going on the market and was fantastic all of the way through the both the purchase and the sale - both really efficient, professional and delightful to work with. They really are top rate and I would recommend them 100%

GoogleOne of the better letting agents I have done business with, very fast and mostly painless process. The agent I dealt with was really helpful and checked in regularly during the referencing to make sure everything was fine. Another big positive was that almost all of the process happened electronically, something which not all letting agents can do. Their fee schedule is probably pretty standard but I did find the £180 in the tenancy agreement to re-sign the contract a bit steep.

GoogleWe went to JLL after being recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. We found a great flat in the location we wanted and within the limit of our budget. The agents were kind to guide us through every step of the referencing and renting process, which is a bit tedious in terms of bureaucratic paperwork load. Everybody was very professional and we moved in in a flash.

GoogleWe have both rented and bought through JLL Finsbury Park now and we can highly recommend the service they provide. Rosie and the team at JLL are excellent. Rosie in particular helped to oversee the smooth purchase of our property; she chased up solicitors and the vendors and kept us in the loop at every stage of the negotiations. We can't recommend her enough. The whole experience was as easy as stress free as it could have been. We're very lucky to have found them.
