GoogleWhen I moved to London a few weeks ago and looking for flats, the Uncle building was the first building I got to see. The Agent from JLL was Hayley and showed me around, she was super nice and super helpful, the communication was just perfect. I am really happy that I've found this place and I look forward to stay here. Thanks a lot Hayley

GoogleBought my house though balgores Hayes and then sold it 6years later though them with Joe Hayes being my port of call. It was a long process but not balgores fault and was always on the phone chasing people and keeping me up to date. Always rate them when people ask about estate agents. Thanks Joe and team.

GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.
