GoogleParamount is an extremely friendly, personable agency. Not only did they find me the perfect flat and helped me through the process of buying it, but they also put me in touch with their residential refurbishment company which offered excellent support with number of small jobs. A special shout-out to Reuben who rescued me when I had managed to lock myself in, and to Danny from Wizard Electric who often works with Paramount and really is a wizard when comes solving any kind of problem with lighting and electricity. He literally made the new flat shine, and created amazing solutions even for tricky problems. And he helped me put together a dining table - just as an extra!

GoogleCurrently purchasing a flat in Belsize Park with this agency (we've just exchanged contracts). I've found the assigned agent, Jamie Jacobs, to be communicative, cooperative and courteous. Furthermore, they helped me find a surveyor, which was very useful. Overall it's been a good experience, and I would gladly recommend the agency.

GoogleWe first approached Frosts in October 2025 and it was clear from the start that they were the agent for us. A personal and family friendly approach. Alex was our main agent who took beautiful photos of our home (to the point I questioned moving!), managed our viewings effectively, communicated brilliantly throughout the process and did extensive chasing of solicitors and other parties to get us over the line yesterday. Thanks so much Alex and team. We can see now why Frosts have such a great reputation in Chesham!

GoogleAvoid JLL if you want to be treated like a human being. Three days after moving in, still surrounded by boxes, my property manager Taj contacted me demanding the landlord visit my flat. I said no. He asked again. Then he pushed for a manager key to enter while I wasn’t home, after I had already refused twice. That set the tone for everything that followed. Three months in, I received a Section 21 notice because the landlord wanted to sell, something that should have been disclosed before I signed a long-term tenancy. The disruption of relocating after just three months was enormous. When I asked for one extra month to manage the situation, I was refused. I was told I couldn’t speak to the landlord directly and should “write to them instead.” Meanwhile, Taj immediately booked a checkout appointment before the conversation had even finished. My requests were not taken seriously at any point. I formally asked for a different property manager. I was told it would be “reviewed.” No response ever came, no new contact was provided. I reached out to Helen, who had sent the Section 21, she said she couldn’t help and redirected me back to Taj. Even at checkout, when I needed a reference, it was still Taj and it took a week to make him do so, said he didn’t receive email, which was a completely lie. The loop never closed. The checkout report listed items that were pre-existing, things that were already there before I moved in, and deductions followed. Apparently they assumed I wouldn’t check. At every stage: ignored, bounced around, and treated as an inconvenience rather than a paying tenant. That seems to be the spirit of this company.
